After a successful year with his film company Collywood, Junior Hart the black entrepreneur is at it in lunching the first Jamaican Jerk chicken franchise that he is building in Uganda. Hart is focus in bringing in the Jamaican food culture to Uganda. After launching the first restaurant in early 2015 Junior Hart is now about to open the 2nd outlet on Entebbe beach and also in the Mall in Naalya.
